How to Supply Artwork
In order for your product to be perfect, it is vital that we receive your artwork accurately! Please read our guide below to ensure that what you supply us with is 100% correct.
Artwork should preferably be supplied as press ready PDFs. This way our sales staff can view the file and the design department can most likely work with this file.
Artwork should be vector qualitative.

A press ready PDF is a document created on a high enough quality setting to print from. We recommend using the standard or professional editions of adobe acrobat which are available from www.adobe.com.
Please ensure that when you create your PDF that you manually select print and choose the ‘press quality’ setting. This is especially important when creating documents on the PC, and when converting Microsoft documents to PDF.
Please create your PDF from programs such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and Micromedia Freehand.
Other Formats
Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
Illustrator is widely used by our designers. We currently run CS2. This version and legacy (lower) versions are encouraged. A native illustrator file can be supplied or an EPS export. Note embedded bitmaps are not acceptable. Placing a bitmap in an illustrator file and saving as and .ai or .eps file will not make it vector. www.adobe.com.
Corel Draw (preferred)
Draw is widely used by our designers. We currently run version 14. This version and legacy (lower) versions are encouraged. Note embedded bitmaps are not acceptable. Placing a bitmap in an illustrator file and saving as and .ai or .eps file will not make it vector.
AutoCAD (for import only)
AutoCAD is importable by our designers. We do not use AutoCAD, but a number of our graphics programs can work with DWG and DXF files. Legacy (lower) version exports are encouraged. Note do not fill your shapes. Also note fonts supplied in AutoCAD present problems for other vector based graphics programs. http://usa.autodesk.com
Adobe Photoshop & Corel Photo Paint (for photos only)
Illustrator is widely used by our designers. This is for photos only and files should be minimum 300dpi at final output size. We currently run CS2. This version and legacy (lower) versions are encouraged. www.adobe.com.
Corel Photo Paint (for photos only)
Illustrator is widely used by our designers. This is for photos only and files should be minimum 300dpi at final output size. We currently run version 12. This version and legacy (lower) versions are encouraged. www.corel.com.
STL (Stereolithograph 3-D model)
STLS are used for importing into our 3D modeling and 3D carving. The native Rhino files and Enroute files can be opened as well.
