Metal Cutout Letters

Over the past half century, Behrends Bronze has been dedicated to perfecting techniques associated with metal casting. We combine our age-old knowledge and expertise with modern equipment to manufacture innovative yet timeless pieces. Our success has been built on precision, accuracy and quality craftsmanship. We use state-of-the-art equipment, such as our in house CNC (computer numerically controlled) engraving machine and router table. These machines allow us to perform detailed work and to develop innovative custom products, such as metal cutout signs and letters.

Metal cutout letters are not suitable for every project.  Our capabilities allow us to cut up to 1" thick sheet metal with our CNC router. However, it is often,  more cost effective to cast any letter  thicker than 3/8".  Cutout brass and aluminum letters and logos (from 1/8” – 3/8” thickness) have many applications.   Ask one of our product consultants if this product may be right for your project.

When looking for outdoor house or business address signage, some clients opt for individual letters and numbers. With our concealed studs, these characters can be mounted directly onto your front entrance, mailbox, prominent tree or landscaping rock. Or mount the letters onto a plaque of any number of substrates for an attractive piece that is easy to install. Behrends Bronze offers a wide range of finishes for metal cutout signs and letters, including brushed, mirror-polished, painted, plated, pewter, textured or hammered.
